Eleven of us gathered (eventually) at Atomic
Paintball on Saturday, 24th June, 2006.
We put on our camo and
goggles and had our safety briefing, when we were told we mustn't
shoot wildlife or the Marshalls!
Our first excursion was to 'The Church', a bit
run-down compared to OLI (it had no roof, but you could hide behind
it). The paintballs hurt, but only a little.

We then went on to the Rock Field, where teddy was held hostage
and had to be released. After lunch we visited Hamburger Hill
where there was no cover for the defenders, and the Stockade when
we tried to hide behind riot shields.
We all had a good time, but it was certainly a lot like war!
