  Eucharistic Ministers
Lay men and women, designated by the Parish Priest, are recommended to the Archbishop for commissioning as special ministers of the Eucharist. A short period of preparation is needed. A rota of these ministers is arranged for each Mass so that they are available to assist in the distribution of Holy Communion and to take communion to the sick and housebound when requested.
